Dr. Kew is an exceptionally talented surgeon and she is also so kind and relatable. Dr. Kew did my ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair, and I knew immediately that she was the one I wanted to do my surgery when we met to go over my MRI results. She spent over 30 minutes with me patiently going through every slide in detail. I left with a very strong understanding of what happened to my knee and what needed to be done to fix it and why. It was very clear to me that she is on the cutting edge of surgical techniques/approaches that would give me the best chance of getting back to 100%. The surgery went phenomenally. I was honestly in very little pain post-op and the incisions are actually so impressive. Dr. Kew has also remained active in my rehab. I am 8 months post-op and I still see her regularly for follow-ups. She’s easy to get in touch with between appointments via email or phone, and any time I have reached out to her she has been extremely responsive, helpful, and supportive. I’m a competitive athlete and she has been invaluable in advising me on how to navigate and coordinate the many components and people involved in my rehab. Her office is outstanding too. Stephanie has been amazing in coordinating all aspects of my care and I have not heard a peep about insurance, which tells me someone is definitely working diligently on it behind the scenes. Scheduling could not be easier — Dr. Kew’s office actually called me proactively to schedule me for my first appointment after receiving the ER report from my injury. Everything just runs smoothly. They make it very easy for me to just focus on healing. It’s truly been a privilege to work with Dr. Kew and her entire time and I could not recommend her more highly!
