We recently switched to a different pediatrician, although we had been with Dr Loftis for 10 years. My kids weren't comfortable seeing her, they actually dreaded it. Frankly I did too sometimes. I feel like she is a proponent of over medication, regardless of side-affects. She can be very condescending, and even a tad cruel. I always felt judged as a mother on our visits. She is very smart and knowledgeable, but not very kind. Hence the 2 out of 5 star rating.
