Patient Reviews

I had an ultrasound and a breast biopsy was ordered. My appointment was with Dr. Specht. The person with whom I spoke was evasive and made some strange comments about the appointment that just didn’t sit well with me. She didn’t come right out and say it, but she implied that I would just be talking to Dr. Specht and not actually having a biopsy. I called back many times to determine if that was the case. No one would ever pick up the phone or respond to my messages. I finally had to call my local GYN and have her office call Dr. Specht’s office. Finally, I spoke to the scheduler and she confirmed that I would have to have two appointments. The first to discuss the situation and the second to actually have the biopsy. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do it. This is just a ploy to make more money. A biopsy is a very straightforward procedure; for someone of Dr. Specht‘s caliber, this is a no-brainer.
