Far too long in waiting room; 2 hours+ on both initial and follow-up visits. Part of the extensive wait was actually in the examination room which had limited internet and cell connection so just staring at the walls. First visit with Dr. Purne was decent with a pretty good explanation of knee pain. Appointment following MRI results was not so good. Very limited time spent discussing options (surgical or otherwise), did not seem to remember who I was based on original visit, and no follow up.
