Gohari is knowledgeable but I have a hard time understanding her because of her accent and the speed that she speaks. I have to take someone with me to help understand what she is saying and she talks way too fast. Also I have need more compassion shown and time to offer is a get it down person and over the last 3 years of visiting her I have wanted more compassion in regards to my care.
