I checked in online before even leaving the house, I got to the appointment 10 plus minutes early after seiving an hour and paying tolls, she left me and my autistic, epileptic daughter sitting in a cramped, hot waiting room for well over an hour without a single explanation. In an exam room with all sorts of printed signs threatening all the reasons why they'd boot you out and force you to reschedule such as using your phone while sitting for an hour. So inviting, so professional. (Eye roll). Nobody even came in to give an excuse for her delay and ask if I wanted to reschedule. At the front desk, they threaten to reschedule your appointment if you're 10 minutes late. I refuse to EVER come back. I advise people to stay away, unless you like sitting in cramped hot exam rooms for an hour or more.
