This was my first visit. My husband and I came in and sat for over an hour and watched as everyone, who was sitting in the waiting area when I got there, be called back. Then my husband and I sat and watched the next group of patients come in, fill the waiting area and get called back. My husband went to the reception window to enquirer about why I hadn’t been called. The lady made up a lie about them cleaning up the room for the next patient and said I would be next. They called 4 or 5 more people who came in after us, but never called my name. Not even to get my vitals. At least that would have pacified me a little. There was no effort from the front desk to apologize. I finally had enough and walked to the front desk to inform them of my experience and that I would not be staying any longer and we left. Still, there were no apologies. I’ve never experienced anything like it. We rearranged our schedules for this appointment so for our time to be disregarded was so unprofessional!
