Dr. Challis is amazing he took his time to explain step by step on everything he was doing. My son has had very bad experiences with ENT’s in the past this time he felt at ease and was very calm and Dr. Challis was able to get his ears cleaned out with no discomfort. The whole entire staff is amazing here.
