I have been struggling with bleeding for years and wanted a hysterectomy. Been to many doctors before who would say I needed an iud or pills despite telling them over and over that I don’t want hormones. Dr Hamdi was recommended by a friend of mine. He was very friendly and professional. He explained all my options including medication and surgery and since I had been bleeding for so long and was miserable and could not work when on my period he said the hysterectomy is an option as well. I had that with the robot and that was life changing. I never felt that I was being pressured to do one treatment or another. He explained what my options are, explained the good and the bad about each and respected my wishes. It’s a busy practice so there might be a long wait to get to see him but it was definitely worth it.
