I started seeing Dr. Al Beer for my migraines and severe trapezius and neck muscle spasms. He seemed okay at first, he did a nerve and muscle disorder tests. Offered me meds, which I declined bc I took most, if not all, of what he suggested. He told me to try Botox. The first time he did it, no benefit. The 2nd time he did the Botox, he injected me in my neck and I felt a sharp pain down my arm. I couldn't move my arm for a week. I went to see him after and he just gave a blank stare and ask me
