have been going to Dr Rayala for the past 11 years but in the last 5 years havent seen him anymore everytime we go to an appt theres a new nurse practicioner not an actual Dr hes now to busy traveling on vacation at least thats what hes office manager Hellen said to me went to an appt yesterday 05-1-2025 for my son was informed I had a balance of 65 dollars which I had no idea they said last appt wasnt able to go through as a wellness check and insurance charged it diffrently and with the copay for the visit of 100 dollars would be 165 I only had the 100 for the copay let them know I was willing to pay the 65 at a later time and they refuse to see my son that I had to pay it all I understand they have the right to refuse service but have been going there for the past 11 years and never denied paying the due amount I just feel that this was wrong I was paying copay and was going to pay the 65 at a later time will be changing Drs office for my kids Dr Rayala which is why I liked the care
