I was told when I arrived for my first visit which I waited 3 months for, that this doctor was well sought after and I was lucky to get in since he wasn’t accepting patients any longer. For the 10 minutes I spent with him, I liked him a lot. However, I have had absolutely no luck whatsoever with his staff. They don’t respond. No callbacks, no help with refills for prescriptions, no response on emails, just plain crickets. I would not recommend this office if you want good customer service. Since I only saw the doctor one time and would not need to keep seeing him I am going to look for a new doctor. Very, very disappointed with the staff that he has. Sad thing is the doctor probably doesn’t even have a clue that his staff is operating this way with his patients.
