She never appeared at the appointmenet and sent a fellow who was rushed and distracted and forgot to process the urine sample and wrote an inadequate office note. I didn't feel that I had received adequate attention. I was shocked, frankly, at the lack of professionalism. Never going back and I do not recommend her.
