I was trying to find a new dentist that was in network with my insurance I was hoping to be able to meet with the dentist and see how how to consultation went to see if I wanted to continue going there I tried to set up an appointment for a consultation the lady that spoke with me told me that I could not just have a consultation it would have to be x-rays taken and that if my insurance has already paid once this year they only pay once every 5 years she said which is not correct My pays every year I kept asking if they would check to see what my insurance would pay toward a consultation and possible x-rays and they would not help me with that so I had to cancel my visit I was very disappointed I was hoping to have a new dentist I guess I will continue my search somewhere else
