My friend chose to go to Dr. Moshe Hillel, DPM due to a toenail ingrown. Upon arrival, the office was hot, no ventilation, it smelled and we saw a couple of roaches walking around. The $30 copay was collected and was called in quickly. Dr. Hillel assessed the issue and checked blood pressure. Dr. Hillel found it was too high and said he was a walking heart-attack. Instead of calling EMS, he told him to go outside and call 911 himself. I never witnessed such a heartless doctor. Very unfriendly.
