After 2.5 hours past our appointment time, we still wait to be seen. This doctor and his staff have zero regard for patients’ time or health. After waiting for 30-45 minutes, Mr Patel, who was self pay, threatened to leave. Although his appointment time was well after ours and several others in the waiting area, he was then called back immediately. At this point, several patients had canceled their appointments and left. Once we were finally called back, we were informed that we would be waiting at least another hour, maybe two. We were then told we could switch to telehealth, which we did. We were told we would get a call sometime in the evening. I asked if we should start making our appointments for first thing in the morning, but was told that we would still be waiting because he never gets there on time anyway.
