Dr. Shaikh took his time and answered all our questions. We learned a lot and were happy to have found a provider to help our 8-yr-old son. Unfortunately, his office staff made enormous mistakes including: taking him on as a new pt when they shouldn't have (they knew they would be no longer accepting his secondary insurance within 2.5 months of us starting there), not relaying correct information to the doctor regarding my son's medication which caused him to go without for 3 days and, taking over a week to fax an auth for meds to my son's school.
