This doctor may be a good anesthesiologist, but he makes a terrible doctor for pain management. I can see why he has 2.3 out of 5 star rating. We went to see him for my husband’s chronic lower back pain. The first visit was OK. after that, he was rude, arrogant and condescending. He has no compassion or empathy. Dr. Hefzy made my husband feel like he was a drug seeker even though we were adamant that he did not want Schedule 3 narcotics . He never even looked back at his medical history and everything he’s been through. Dr. Hefzy made him feel old and like he should “be put out to pasture “. My husband just wants to get back to where he can walk, do some work outside etc. without being in excruciating pain. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone, especially those I care about.
