The staff is the worst. I am increasingly getting frustrated with this new assistant. So much so that I am considering finding a new GP. The assistant is so empty-headed I'm shocked she hasn't killed someone yet. You call and speak to her to ask her to do something for you (call you with results, call in a prescription, etc.), which she never does. You call back and state that she was supposed to do XYZ to which she claims not to know who you talked to (her). She tells other doctors that she did not perform a test because you (the patient) 'refused.' You have to go back and point out to her that SHE did the test. She looks at you like a confused puppy, then excuses herself to go look at your chart. What a hot mess. She is making his entire practice look pretty bad.
