I was a patient of Dr. Dresher. As a result of having a stem cell transplant, I became a patient of Dr. Drescher. I complained of shortness of breath and an intermittent sensation in my chest. Another echocardiogram was completed on June 13, 2021. The results came back negative. I continued to complain of my symptoms. Dr. Dresher thought it might be the medication that caused dehydration. He did not investigate the matter any further. He told me to continue the medication and he would see me in 3 months. Prior to returning to Dr. Drescher, I decided to return to my previous cardiologist before changing doctors due to the stem cell transplant. Immediately, he decided to do a cardiac catherization. The problem was discovered. I had a 90% blockage. How could I see a cardiologist for over a year, complaining and not investigate any further? This is a oversight. I hope that other patients are given a more comprehensive diagnosis and are examined more thoroughly to avoid mishaps.
