To put it simply: this guy sucks. He’s clearly built a career farming mass quantities of personal injury cases for people who don’t know they could have a better option. He has no bedside manner, or even sympathy. His office is constantly overcrowded and he’s always running late. Furthermore, he seems to only hire young, well-maintained (pretty) women who do seem lovely and like they are doing their best in a terrible environment.
