I setup an appointment in early Jan 2025 for early Feb visit date. The office called me once to reschedule due to 'scheduling conflicts', which was not a big deal.When I actually show up for the new appointment, they tell me that I'm not in the system. Upon further investigation, the receptionist tells me that the new appointment was simply canceled due to another 'scheduling conflicts'. But this time, they did so without attempting to even call me to reschedule or let me know. From there, the receptionist said that the next available appointment isn't for another 2 months...It is safe to say that I will never go back there and advise everyone I know to stay away.
