In the beginning it seem normal. Then one of Dr Burt's employees forgot to renew my console with the VA. This ended up being a process that took an additional 2 months to get straightened out. During this process I dealt with rude office people from Dr Burt's office. Blaming me for the situation. Then they don't call back when they say they're going to call back if they call back at all. So we get all this straightened up and I start getting my treatment again just to go get treatment one more time and then be told by Dr Burt that she's moving and that she'll no longer be my doctor. Thanks a lot that could have saved me a lot of trouble if I had just gotten a new doctor to begin with. Now it's July and I got to wait till December before I can see a doctor. Dr Burt wanted to defend her people rather than making the situation right. I should have known when Dr Burt told me that she was trained by the VA that there was going to be problems.
