I previously went to an Optometrist who gave me a diagnosis for my eye problem. I was not satisfied and wanted to hear it from a Physician. I was scheduled to see Dr. Lee of Kaiser Permanente at Vandever. She is a doctor with an attitude. I came in for a second opinion. She said that what I have is normal for my age. I was really troubled by my new eye condition that I asked if there's a way to prevent it from getting worse. Her reply was (with her brows raised) it's NORRRRRMAAAALLL! Like duh. Every question I asked - her responses were labored. It's 9:30 in the morning. I was her first patient for the day and she was acting like she's been working all day! She's condescending and unaccommodating. She did not explain anything. All she said was it was normal. NO INFORMATION AT ALL! The Optometrist gave me more information than her. Careful when choosing Kaiser Permanente. Some of their doctors are really rude!
