Her handling of prescriptions and durable medical equipment orders was repeatedly disorganized and unreliable. Approximately four out of five of my requests were either not submitted, sent to the wrong pharmacy, or entered for the wrong item. When I followed up, the problems were traced to ordering errors and breakdowns in communication. Concerns also appeared to be taken personally rather than addressed objectively, professionally, and with a focus on correcting the problem. I would not recommend this provider to anyone whose care depends on accurate and timely orders.
