I was seen by Dr.Vira twice and both appointments were rushed and hurried. Dr.Vira seldom listens to the patients nor looks at their records. She ordered a strep test for sore throat and once done, suggested a flu test in the time I waited for the strep test result. After flu test was done, she sees my paperwork that my sore throat condition hadn't persisted long enough for flu test (putting a long swab into the nostril was no fun) and discarded the swab. Never her again!!
