I am so glad she is my internist and that another MD told me about her. She is thorough, kind, calm, very knowledgeable, and listens to patient's concerns and questions. Although I am an RN for 45 year, opionated, and am a complex patient, Dr. Palacio has given me excellent information and care. She explains thoroughly her rationale for medications, procedures, and referrals to other physicians. When I try to tell her what to do, she calmly explains why it is not a good idea. Her partners are excellent MDs. The office staff and especially the med techs are kind and knowledgeable. The Coumadin clinic is there and the pharmacists are very good. I have referred many people to Dr. Palacio.
