If could give negative stars, I would. DR HOSHAW SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE. I had the extreme misfortune of going into labor early on her watch. Even though I had signed paperwork and my two OBs and urologist had determined a cesarean section was in my best medical interest, Dr Hoshaw refused to perform one when I showed up in labor 5 days before the scheduled section. She bullied and badgered me while I was in full blown labor with contractions 1 minute apart. Even after calling my primary OB, she flat out told me she didn't agree with our plan. They left me dialated at 10 cm for 3 hours, then had me push as hard as possible for another 2 hours with my baby's heart rate in decels the whole time. He was born with an apgar of 5, 6 after 1 minute. And I am left with disabling injuries. I have had to endure 1 extremely painful surgery so far that could repair only about 20% of the damage from giving birth. I need another and will never be normal again. She should lose her license.
