My experience with this provider for a serious neurological condition was extremely disappointing. After a very long wait for the initial consultation, my progressive symptoms were ignored, and my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. The plan suggested—which involved further lengthy delays—was completely inadequate and did not address my urgent medical needs. The professional demeanor and communication during the appointment were concerning. I felt my symptoms were treated with suspicion. I was ultimately forced to seek immediate and decisive care elsewhere. I strongly caution any patient with a severe condition to seek a second opinion. The overall care and attention I received did not meet my expectations.
