Dr. Valentine didn't respond to my questions sent via Integris portal except for when I needed a referral or a new medication, that's the only time he would respond and only to say, call to make an appointment to discuss. I asked him to schedule me for a Vitamin D test for a specialist that I also see and his assistant said they would and never did. They recorded my height and weight incorrectly and I asked them via the portal to correct and again at my next appointment and it never was corrected. He prescribed medication to my mail order pharmacy but then would never call them for the pre approval that was needed. I spent 4 weeks calling his office and the pharmacy and they NEVER called to finish it up. Very dissatisfied with the level of care or lack of that I received from him and his staff.
