Dr. Atebara is a wonderful eye doctor I have been going for over 10 years but I am sorry to say I will not be returning. I find his staff are rude and condescending which is not good customer service. I waited over an hour and finally told front desk staff I couldn't stay any longer. The tech then proceeded to be condescending and told me everyone knows that they will be at his office for up to 2 hours. Really? And they want you to arrive 15 minutes early, what for? So after 10 years, I will go somewhere else for my eye care. I was on my lunch break.
