Went in for an appointment, and waited over an hour past my appointment time. Not one person behind the desk bothered to give me a status update or an apology for running late. I was completely ignored the entire time. I was patient enough, so I walked out. Then I had to pay $6 to drive my car out of the garage - all for no reason. This was a very unprofessional experience. If the doctor is running late, the least they could do is inform me what was going on, and then give me the option of rescheduling. None of this was done. Of course, they left me voice mail on my phone when I got home, asking me to reschedule. No way. My time is valuable too. I will not go through that again. Totally disrespectful!
