Staff did not communicate well with each other, creating a situation where I was not allowed in the building for fears that I maybe COVID positive. I was aware my symptoms were similar to those of COVID and I made sure to make that clear when I was on the phone with the scheduler(Veronica). She had assured me there would be no issue, and if there was, she would call and reschedule. However, when I arrived for the appointment they said I would not be able to see the doctor because of my respiratory symptoms. Very frustrating.
