Dr. Baseer was my daughter Julissa’s Dr. In the NICU at Fresno Community Hospital. She is so wonderful. Especially because I was worried about my baby who was only 2 lbs. 13 oz. Dr. Baseer was patient, kind, compassionate and made us feel comfortable. It was nice to know that our baby was in her care because she was so kind and made sure we were updated about our baby. She followed our daughter until she was 2 1/2. We miss her dearly. She is an ace Dr.
