He's not returned calls to his patients or to the hospital. We drove to his office only to find a note taped to the window that he is only open on Weds. We returned to his office, trying to get our medical records, was told he hasn't been in for weeks and won't be returning...office window unlocked and medical records unsecured!!! Less than a one star review if it were possible.
