My daughter saw Dr Clavin in June. We were told we would hear from the person that submits insurance in a few weeks. I was with my daughter at the visit. After many calls I gave up and called the insurance. On Oct 12th the office submitted the pre authorization to insurance. However insurance said they left off the information necessary to get the authorization such as the Doctors Name and many other required details. I called the office back and the insurance person refused to take my call. I asked that the office manager call me and am currently waiting for a call from the office manager. But for all those waiting thinking insurance is pending and taking forever, call your insurance. You may be surprised to find the correct information was not submitted. So here it is 4 months later we don't have a surgery date and have been told it is now unlikely we will get one before next year. That is If we can get them to fill out the paperwork correctly.
