The VA had me go to an exam with Dr. Kouchis. He seemed caring during the appointment, but after I got a copy of the exam paperwork, I noticed the sloppy work. He referenced all the documents that link my condition to my Army service, but failed to apply it to his report. Also had the wrong service dates listed which I had explained to him during the appointment.
