I have been so impressed with Dr. Jain and his staff. I had a sudden onset of shoulder weakness and required a cervical surgical consult right away. I had 2 telehealth visits and surgery scheduled within 10 days. Dr. Jain clearly explained options and reviewed procedures. The day of surgery, he reviewed our plan and follow up without rush. Each follow up visit , he listened intently, answered questions and never ended the visit until our plan was clear. I was most impressed with his calm and personal bedside manner. I had easy surgical recovery and appreciate his follow up as I continue to regain strength.Highly recommend.
