Worked with this provider for several years, and kept bringing up a consistent health issue that she (and other providers) largely ignored. Once it turned into a problem spanning over several years, she became reticent in dealing with me or helping me with any paperwork needed to deal with my employers. I really think she is not interested in helping patients with complex or long-term health problems.
