When onboarding with Dr Lippey she billed me an exorbitant amount and the exam was split into two sessions. I've been trying to get in touch with her office and their billing department to get an explanation for why the appointment was coded the way it was but I've gotten the run-around (her office says they don't handle billing; billing says they don't handle coding; both stick to a strict script).It's very disappointing to see how Dr Lippey and her office are handling this. I've visited a number of doctors over the years on a variety of insurance plans and this is by far the highest bill I've received outside of the emergency room with and the worst communication with a doctor office I've experienced.
