Dr. Laudato completely dismissed my concerns, blaming them on me being a first-time mom, sleep-deprived, and possibly experiencing postpartum—none of which she had grounds to assume. My partner had been with us all day and had just stepped out, yet she assumed I had no support. When I asked why the ER rushed us if everything was 'fine,' she insulted their competence. After I followed up with the ER myself, she retaliated by contacting my baby’s pediatrician, suggesting I needed help for postpartum—despite having no such diagnosis. I wasn’t asking for dramatic answers, just respect and explanations. First-time mom or not, I deserved to be heard, not judged and dismissed.
