There is a lack of communication between them and the patients. Compassion ha! First of all every visit is important. The staff does not confirm appointments, unorganized because another facility had to inform me of an important appointment. If my care is so urgent why do I have to wait 6 days for a prescription that should be on auto refill or prescribed so I don’t miss crucial dosage of “ medicine “. Why do I have to play telephone tag with my pharmacy telling me that I have to call dr. Saxena office for no response and a failure for the pharmacy to make contact with the office either. Receptionist there are experts in taking messages but not delivering. Stresss add to disease. 14 years in practice still a rookie that’s a pre teens age. A patient shouldn’t have no refills unless they are cured! Ha! So am I cured dr. Saxena? Or ur office is incompetent in administration of important medical service. I feel like I’m dealing with a bunch of 14 year olds. Run for ur kidney.
