Dr. Saipe is a very knowledgeable physician, who carefully communicates relevant information. One never feels rushed during the exam. He has performed two procedures on me with great results. His office staff appears knowledgeable and is courteous. My only criticism is the wait time. It seems that too many patients are scheduled at the same time. It took me almost two hours to complete my appointment, and I had to wait an hour and a half to see Dr. Saipe.
