Dr. Popa came in to speak with me prior to administering anesthesia during my surgery. He was extremely thorough. He carefully took my history. Because I have a significant number of allergies to medications and other medical substances (adhesives, dyes, gels, etc.) this required some patience on his part. He asked many questions and was very thorough with his responses when I asked him questions. I know that anesthesia is often the riskiest part of any surgical procedure. I went into the OR completely confident that he would take great care of me, and he did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any patient.
