Dr. Kuzmin is the absolute worst. Cold. Unfriendly. Uncaring. Doesn't make eye contact. Doesn't shake your hand. I was sitting in the waiting room, waiting for an appt with her, and a patient sitting beside me was complaining about her too. This is why I chose a different Primary. Olga needs some education on bed side manner and how to be warm and fuzzy. If I could give her less than 1 star, I would.
