Did not appear professionally competent to deal with advanced conditions. Did not provide electronic or digital records of office visits as is practiced by other doctors (and required by law) but instead omitted it or scribbled notes on small pieces of paper. Extremely difficult to recall what was discussed or prescribed. I'd go elsewhere.
