My final straw with this office. Today I was late to my appointment, I was refused service and not allowed to see the doctor. In any other circumstance that would be normal; however there have been people who were there for their appointment way before my scheduled time who have not even seen triage. I’ve been going to this office since 2009. I am always on time for my appointment and still having to wait hours to see a the doctor. For example in January I made an appointment to just take a COVID test, something as simple as spitting in a tube. I had to wait three whole hours. I’m late this one time and I’m refused service. The receptionist at the desk ignored all my grievances and just asked for my name and dob, then just handed me an appointment slip. I really like Dr. Tseyo and Campbell but with exception of Romana and one of the triage staff her staff sucks! They are totally disgusting and wait time to see someone after your appointment time is horrible.
