Olga is uncaring, rude, guesses diagnoses, and throws medications at you without listening to anything you have to say. I came in with a vaginal rash and a vulva so swollen and painful I could not walk. She glanced at me, told me I had herpes, gave me nothing for my pain, ran zero tests, and prescribed me antivirals that I did not need. I was lucky to get an appointment with an actual gynecologist the next day, who diagnosed and fixed the problem, immediately relieving me of my pain, and giving me the actual medication I needed. Clearly, I did not have herpes, yet Olga refused to run a test or give me any other explanation for what else it could be. I don't know how or why these people become doctors when they clearly don't care about you or what you're going through. I hope I never see her again.
