Horrible experience. Had a broken tooth pulled, that went fine. Was prescribed an antibiotic I’m highly allergic to. (Was stated in paperwork they had me fill out!) My name was misspelled, no birthdate, wrong address. Made numerous calls trying to get this straight & office staff just bumbled it, after assuring me they’d call in a new script. Nope, never did. Next day I called & emailed. Said dentist has to call me b4 he can call in a different antibiotic. He never did, but had his office staff call me demanding immediate payment as he said I had no insurance. I did, they just don’t know how to bill. Dentist said he needed payment by end of day. Still didn't address my lack of scripts. No antibiotics, no pain meds. Nothing. I ended up getting a few from a friend. Fast forward 3 wks, end up with a big infection  and have to go to Express care for treatment. Never called me back or showed any care after my repeated attempts to get help from them. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here. Seriously, do yourself a favor & run from this practice. They are highly unprofessional and uncaring. I’m now in a lot of pain with a serious infection due to the complete lack of care I received. Completely unacceptable.
