She did not listen to me and I felt like she blew off my concerns. I have had 5 skin cancers including a melanoma and she raced through my skin check in less than 5 minutes. She didn’t even check several areas. She also said that she was going to remove something but then forgot about it by the end of my appointment and just walked out of the room. This is the second time that she has done that. She also charts that she has gone over education with me like monthly skin checks and sunscreen use at every visit and not once has she done any education with me.
